ZUM GLUECK hatte ich nach etwa 16 Stunden wieder festen Boden unter den Fuessen!
Die See war nicht ganz so ruhig und die Inseln drehten sich den gesmaten Freitag immer mal wieder...
Naja.
Nach einer kleinen Wanderung bei Sonnenaufgang ging es dann und ich stieg in den (bezahlbaren!) Bus nach Klaksvik.
Klaksvik ist mit etwa 4600 Einwohnern die zweitgroesste Stadt der 18 Inseln und hat alles, was man so braucht. Auch einen kleinen Campingplatz :)
Am naechsten Morgen startete ich mein Kulturprogramm fuer das Wochenende mit einem Gitarren./ Gesangkonzert in einer Kirche in der Hauptstadt, Torshavn.
Dann gings weiter nach Sorvagur, wo ich einem klassischeren Klavier/ Geigen Duo Gehoer schenkte.
Kroenender Abschluss war dann das "Duo Harpverk" (Harfe und Percussion) am Sonntag in Nolsoy.
Bei wunderbarem Wetter konnte ich die Inseln ein bisschen erkunden und moechte auf jeden Fall noch mal mit mehr Zeit kommen - es ist echt schoen und die Leute super nett und aufgeschlossen.
Sonntagabend 23.30 Uhr bin ich dann wieder auf die Faehre und dort ging es dann mit Musik gleich weiter - ein junger Herr mit guter Stimme und Gitarre untermalte den Abschied von den Inseln musikalisch.

LUCKILIY I found my feet after 16 hours on the ferry!
The swell wasn´t as calm as on my way to Iceland and the Faore Islands turned every now and then around me that day.
Anyway.
After a hike at the sunrise it became better I finally got on the (affordable!) bus to Klaksvik.
In Klaksvik there live around 4 600 inhabitants and is the second largest city of the 18 islands and it has everything you may need. Even a little campsite :)
The next morning I started my "cultural weekend" with a guitar and vocals concert in a church in the capital city - Torshavn.
Then I went on to Sorvagur and listened to a piano and violin duo with a lot of classical compositions.
The "Duo Harpverk" (harp and percussion) was the great final on Sunday in Nolsoy.
Again I had perfect weather (blue sky and sunshine) and so I could explore the islands. I definitely want to come back with more time - it´s just beautyful and the people are nice and open-minded.
On Sunday night (11.30 pm) my ferry derparted and the music continued - a young lad with a good voice and his guitar accompanied the farewell from the islands with his music...
